— Appellee brought tbis action, as a passenger, against appellant for injuries sustained by her in alighting from one of appellant’s trains in tbe city of Noblesville, Indiana. It appears from the averments of the complaint that appellee boarded a train of appellant company at Indianapolis, to be carried as a passenger to Noblesville, and that when tbe train arrived at tbe latter station, at about seven o’clock in tbe evening, it was stopped for the purpose of allowing passengers to alight therefrom.
