Fox v. Park City

PARRISH, Justice:

INTRODUCTION

{1 Bret and Tawnya Fox (the "Foxes") sought to appeal Park City's issuance of a building permit to Legacy Development Group, LLC ("Legacy"). «The Park City Planning Commission (the "Planning Commission") held that the Foxes' appeal was untimely under the ten-day appeal period contained in the Park City Land Management Code (the "LMC"). The district court upheld the Planning Commission's determination that the Foxes' appeal was untimely under the LMC and, accordingly, dismissed the Foxes' petition for review.
