Appellants, Lela Bruce, Ales Bruce and Alma Jones, filed their bill alleging that their father, J. A. Farrar, died intestate, seized and possessed of a tract of land containing 376^4 acres, and cash and tangible property amounting to $1,243.43; that decedent left as his heirs and distributees, a widow, Ellen Farrar, appellants and two sons, Meredith Farrar and J.
