The present case originated in the court of-ordinary wherein the plaintiffs brought a proceeding against Mrs. B. Brady, as administratrix of the estate of W. F. Cox, deceased, for an accounting and proper distribution by the defendant of their shares in the estate of said W. F. Cox, twelve months having ex*499pired since her qualification as administratrix.
