George E. Smith, of Lunenburg county, died on February 25, 1926, testate and childless, leaving to survive him bis widow, Nancy B. Smith, and numerous heirs at law. His will was duly probated and Craig-head C. Hatchett, Allen C. Love and the Bank of Lunenburg qualified as his executors. .In this will .certain real estate and personal property were given to the widow while various bequests were made to other beneficiaries but decedent left other lands and approximately $12,000.00 worth of personal property which this will did not deal with and as to…
