Mandamus to judge of the county court of Escambia county. The facts are folly stated in the opinion.

This case arises out of an order of the county court of Escambia county, striking the name of J. Dennis Wolfe, an attorney of that court, from its roll of attorneys, and depriving him of the rights and privileges of an attorney of that court.

Upon the filing of a transcript of the record of the judgment of the county court containing the evidence there introduced, and a petition praying an alternative writ of mandamus, this court, after inspection, granted the prayer of the petition, and awarded an alternative writ of mandamus directed to the judge of the county court.
