The appellant was convicted Contrary to his pleas of one specification each of possession of marijuana, sale of marijuana, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute it, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter cited as UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. § 934 (1976).
