ADAMKEWICZ, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial on 26 September 1986. Pursuant to his pleas, he was convicted of making a false official statement (Charge II), disobedience of a lawful general regulation (Charge III), and larceny of funds (Charge V, Specification 2) in violation of Articles 107, 92, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, §§ 10 U.S.C. 907, 892, and 921 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ], respectively.
