MEMORANDUM OPINION

HEYBURN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, C.G. Bryant and Hal Bryant, brought this diversity action in negligence, warranty and strict liability against their local utility company, Tri-County Electric Membership Corporation, and the manufacturer of electrical transformers, Kuhlman Corporation, for property damage sustained in connection with a fire that consumed Plaintiffs’ sawmill.
