This is an action to foreclose a mortgage on real estate. From a judgment for the plaintiff, defendant appeals.
Shortly prior to March 18, 1926, the appellant went to A. B. Germain, a loan broker in Seattle, for the purpose of securing a loan on the property here involved. At the time, there were outstanding taxes and assessments .against the property amounting to about seven hundred and fifty dollars.
