This is an appeal by plaintiff from the order of the court below setting aside an award under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
James G. Carville, plaintiff’s husband, died as the result of an explosion which occurred at the cleaning and dyeing works of defendant company. The compensation authorities found that deceased was an employee of defendant within the meaning of the statute; that the accident happened in the course of his employment with defendant company; that deceased “received an average weekly wage in excess of $20”; and they made the award on…
