OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order forfeiting a bail bond. On July 29, 1983, the defendant was indicted by a grand jury on several narcotic charges. She was arraigned on August 8, 1983, and her trial was set for November 1. A bail bond was ultimately set in the sum of $150,000. The trial date was continued several times. On January 13, 1984, A & M Bail Bonds posted a bail bond and the defendant was released from custody. The bonding company undertook, inter alia, that the defendant would at all times appear and answer the charges and would hold herself amenable to the orders…
