This adversary proceeding- — initially commenced and prosecuted by the Debtor-in-possession during the Chapter 11 phase of this case, and now under the fiduciary control of the Chapter 7 trustee, Bonnie C. Mangan — seeks to avoid and recover an alleged preferential transfer made by the Debtor to or for the benefit of the Defendant in the approximate amount of $100,000.00.
