Now before the Court are the Complaint to Avoid Preferential Transfer and the Complaint to Avoid Preferential Transfers, to Determine Validity and Extent of Liens and to Avoid Liens, filed by Plaintiff-Chapter 7 Trustee M. Randy Rice (“Trustee”), naming First Arkansas Valley Bank (“First Arkansas”) and Regions Bank of Russellville (“Regions”) as Defendants.
