The district court, on motion for summary judgment by defendants-appellees Ban-que Paribas-London (Paribas-London) and Banque Paribas (Suisse) S.A. (Paribas-Suisse), formerly Banque de Paris et des Pays-Bas (Suisse) S.A., dismissed with prejudice the voidable preference claim under the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 547, of the Creditors’ Committee (the Committee) of Coral Petroleum, Inc.
