MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BABCOCK, District Judge.

Defendant Interactive Target Systems, Inc. (Interactive) moves to dismiss this action for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), for a change of venue based on improper forum under 28 U.S.C. § 1406, or for a transfer of venue for inconvenient forum under 28 U.S.C. § 1404. I find that Interactive does not have sufficient contacts with the state of Colorado to justify the exercise of personal jurisdiction in this district.
