FOLLEY, Justice.
This suit was filed by the appellant, Elsie M. Meridith, against the appellees, L. J. Massie and wife, Allie M. Massie, for damages for alienation of the affections of her former husband, J. R. Meridith, and, in the alternative, for a bill of review to set aside a judgment of dismissal in, and to retry, a former suit of the same character between the same parties and involving the same controversy.
