Defendant, Dr. Edward D. Jackson, Jr., appeals from the district court’s denial of his motion for summary judgment on the basis of qualified immunity on Plaintiffs procedural due process claim against Jackson. Because we conclude that Plaintiff has failed to state a procedural due process claim, we reverse.
BACKGROUND
