Plaintiffs, Johnny V. Williams and Gail E. Williams (the “Williams”), filed their complaint in this case on November 30, 2006, against defendants, Equity Holding Corporation (“EHC”), Thomas K. Standen (“Standen”), American Home Quest, LLC (“AHQ”), LandPartners of America, Inc. (“LandPartners”), Adastra Realty Fund Limited (“Adastra”), and North American Realty Services, Inc.
