MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the court on the Motion to Dismiss (“Motion”), filed by *647Centimark Corporation d/b/a Questmark, a Division of Centimark Corporation (“Questmark”), pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). ECF No. 19. For the reasons set forth herein, Quest-mark’s Motion to Dismiss the Plaintiffs joint enterprise liability claim against it is DENIED.
