Defendant bank commenced suit against defendant Wuerth by attachment and defendant sheriff levied upon certain real estate in Ypsilanti, title to which was in Mr. Wuerth. The suit resulted in judgment against Mr. Wuerth and levy of execution on the attached property. Thereupon plaintiff, wife of the judgment debtor, filed the bill herein to have it adjudged that title to the attached real estate should have been in the name of her husband and herself and, therefore, held by entireties and beyond the reach of the judgment creditor of her husband.
