Jerry and Marsha Seott ("the Scotts") filed a complaint against International Health & Racquet Club, Inc. ("Internation al Health") in Tippecanoe Superior Court alleging breach of contract, defamation, and invasion of privacy. After a bench trial, the trial court found that International Health had breached its membership contract with the Seotts, and the court entered a judgment against International Health in the amount of $10,258.78.
