Home Owners Savings Bank (Home Owners) and its president, M. Gene Donley, appeal from the trial court’s judgment in favor of Peter Piekarski on claims relating to Piekarski’s discharge from his employment at Home Owners.1 Specifically, both Home Owners and Donley were found liable for retaliatory discharge and breach of an employment contract.
