FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW ON MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

KAESS, District Judge.

This is an action to enjoin disclosure and use of trade secrets. On the basis of the complaint and affidavits attached thereto, from which it appeared that immediate and irreparable injury would result to plaintiff without such an order, this court on December 30, 1965 issued a temporary restraining order, enjoining defendant Wolff from disclosing plaintiff’s trade secrets relating to fuel injection systems, from violating his employment contract or fiduciary duty to plaintiff, and from engaging…
