CHASE, Circuit Judge.

United States Patent No. 2,475,572 was granted to Edward P. Sehreyer, a resident of Connecticut, on July 5, 1949, for an “Electric Steam Iron.” Rival Manufactur ing Company, a Missouri corporation, is the exclusive licensee under that patent. These two as plaintiffs brought this suit against Casco Products Corporation, a Connecticut corporation, and its president Joseph H. Cone, a Connecticut resident.
