Appellants furnished money to their agent, respondent George G. Wright, for the purpose of purchasing a parcel of real estate selected and designated by them. He purchased not only the desired property but adjoining property as well, using therefor only a portion of the funds which they had furnished. This action was brought by appellants to recover title to the entire property so purchased. They have appealed from the judgment by which they were awarded only the portion that they originally designated. The appeal is on the judgment roll.
