Trencor, Inc., a manufacturer of heavy construction equipment petitions for review of the National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) order directing Trencor to bargain with the United Steelworkers of America (the “Union”). Trencor contends because the Union promised “the biggest party in Texas” if it won the election and dared the company illegally to match union “guarantees” to workers, the election was tainted.
