This case is before the court pursuant to a petition for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board entered on April 30, 2004 directing the petitioner, Lamar Company LLC, d/b/a/ Lamar Advertising of Janesville, to enter into negotiations with International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, District Council No. 7, AFL-CIO. 1 Lamar is a Louisiana company engaged in the business of manufacturing, erecting, marketing, and maintaining commercial billboards throughout the United States.
