This case arises out of the breach of a separation agreement entered into between Carole Bullock (“Bullock”) and the American Heart Association (“AHA”) following the termination of Bullock’s employment with the AHA. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of AHA on all issues but attorney’s fees, and following a bench trial on fees, awarded AHA its attorney’s fees.
