OPINION
IRENAS, Senior District Judge:
In this case, the Court is presented with a hopelessly muddled, misstated and mangled Amended Complaint, which, in addition to barely pleading sufficient facts, also presents complicated jurisdictional issues. This much seems to be clear: this is a proposed class action suit seeking to recover various fees and costs collected in connection with home foreclosure actions.
