Appellant issued to respondent its policy of the standard form, insuring against loss or damage by fire to a three-story and basement brick, gravel-roof, store, office, and flat building, situated on South Fifth street, Minneapolis, known as the “Russell Block,” with a frontage on Fifth street of fifty six feet, and a total depth of forty feet, and thirty nine feet high.
