In this contract dispute, Aquatic Technologies, Inc. (Seller) and Dennis Flaum (Flaum) (collectively Appellants), appeal the trial court’s judgment against them and in favor of Professional Laundry Management Systems, Inc. (Buyer) in Buyer’s suit for breach of contract and for misrepresentation.
