Claimant, David Cotton, appeals from the order of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (the Commission) disqualifying him from receiving unemployment benefits and affirming the decision of the Appeals Tribunal of the Division of Employment Security (the Division) that claimant was discharged for misconduct connected with work.
