I. INTRODUCTION
This case arises from Defendants’ use of Bisphenol-A (2, 2-bis (4-hydroxyphenly)-propone), more commonly referred to as “BPA,” in baby bottles and sippy cups. On August 13, 2008, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (“the Panel”) centralized fourteen cases in this district and assigned the ease to the undersigned.
