The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed this suit in the Eastern District of Louisiana, which holds court in New Orleans, alleging racial discrimination in employment practices by the defendants in their operations in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Baton Rouge is in the Middle District of Louisiana.
