MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, Sandra Jarrell Ashworth and Catherine Moore Norton, bring this class action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging that Eastern Airlines, Inc. discriminates against female flight attendants by imposing upon them, and enforcing against them, stricter weight and appearance standards than those imposed upon and enforced against male flight attendants.
