Plaintiff instituted this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (hereinafter “Title VII”) alleging race discrimination and seeking declaratory and injunctive relief, including reinstatement, back pay, and reimbursement of any lost benefits as a result of his termination from employment by the defendant. By Order of May 6, 1983, the court granted the plaintiff’s motion to amend the complaint to state the correct name of the defendant (which name the defendant states is still incorrect).
