MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CHARLES M. CALDWELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This Memorandum Opinion and Order constitutes the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding damages to be awarded the Debtors, Maurice T. Johnson and Diane R. Johnson (“Debtors”). The award is based upon the willful stay violation of First Check Cash & Advance (“Creditor”) and the Motion for Sanctions filed by counsel for the Debtors, William A. Semons (“Mr. Semons”), against former counsel for the Creditor, Kevin O’Brien (“Mr. O’Brien”). The Court has concluded that actual damages in the amount of $6,669.00,…
