ORDER DENYING MOTION TO RELEASE GARNISHMENT AND DENYING MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO BEGIN MAKING PAYMENTS UNDER CHAPTER 13 PLAN

This Chapter 13 case is before the Court upon two separate motions filed the Debt- or: (1) Motion for Release of Garnishment (Doc. 7); and (2) the Debtor’s Motion to Extend Time to Begin Chapter 13 Payments. (Doc. 9). For the reasons set forth below, both motions are DENIED.
