Supreme Court of Georgia

Decided March 17, 1938No. 11977PublishedCited by 19 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

Bell, Justice.

The defendant excepted. Numerous questions were raised, but the principal questions are whether an amendment to the petition was objectionable as attempting to add a new and distinct cause of action, and whether an amendment filed by the defendant in which he sought reformation of a deed was subject to grounds of special demurrer filed by the plaintiffs.
