Bell, Justice.
In April, 1932, Willie Everett filed a suit in equity against Mrs. Virginia Miller, widow by second marriage of tbe plaintiff’s uncle Stephen Miller, to obtain a decree of title and right of possession of described land and certain personalty. He prayed, “that the title to the property set forth in the petition be decreed to be petitioner’s,” and that petitioner have such other and further relief as to the court may seem meet and proper.
