KELLY, District Judge.
Plaintiff Yvonne Fletcher claims in this lawsuit that she was discharged by. defendant Becky Loosen from her employment as a secretary for defendant Wesley Medical Center, Inc., in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.; she also asserts pendent state claims for the tort of outrage, for tortious interference with a business relationship, for breach of an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and for breach of express and implied covenants of job security.
