The plaintiffs and the claimants, whom they represent by assignment, are producers of milk in the vicinity of Marshall, Wisconsin. The defendant is a cooperative association organized under the laws of the state of Illinois, having a membership of about 20,000 producers, of which about 5,000 are within the state of Wisconsin.
