Reid Johnston, claimant’s husband, developed endocarditis, accompanied by blood stream infection and fibrosis, which terminated fatally August 25, 1930. Compensation was claimed on behalf of his dependents upon the ground that there was a causal connection between his death and an accident suffered by him on April 16th of that year, while employed as an automobile mechanic by the E.
