The indictment is in the usual form, charging appellant with the seduction of Miss Bessie James in Haskell County.

The record discloses that Miss Bessie James and appellant became acquainted with each other in McLennan County about Christmas, 1904. That he began waiting on her in the summer of 1905, about the first of June, and continued going with her until his return from Haskell County to McLennan County, about August, 1906.
