JOHNSON, J.

Appellant, Wilham Hodgson, held open the electric gate of an underground parking garage of an apartment complex to faciütate the escape of his fellow gang member who had robbed and shot to death a woman just after she opened the gate with her key card. A jury convicted him of first degree murder and first degree robbery and found true the special circumstance allegation the murder was committed during the commission of a robbery.
