MEMORANDUM

TENNEY, District Judge.

This negligence and strict tort liability action was brought by the administratrix of the estate of Dean Z. Marantis, a New York resident who died in a Florida plane crash while piloting a Beechcraft “Musketeer” owned by the Sarasota Anti-Gravity Club. One of the named defendants, Beech Aircraft Corporation (“Beech”), has now moved pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“Rules”) for dismissal of the complaint as to it, claiming lack of personal jurisdiction in this Court.
