LYNCH, Circuit Judge.
The slow grinding of the wheels of justice is a major theme in this National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) compliance case.
In 2006, the NLRB awarded remedies for unfair labor practices committed by Harding Glass Company (“Harding”) in 1993. Harding Glass Co. (Harding III), 347 N.L.R.B. No. 102, at 2 (Aug. 29, 2006). Those remedies awarded over $144,000 in back pay to nine employees and over $360,000 to four union funds, with accrued interest. Id.
