The defendant appealed to the Superior Court following conviction by the Manchester district court of the misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle in Manchester on January 9, 1968, while under the influence of intoxicating .liquor ( second offense). RSA 262-A:62. A jury trial in the Superior Court resulted in a verdict of guilty.
