MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

Plaintiff L.O. brings this action—on behalf of herself and her son, K.T.—against the New York City Department of Education (the “DOE”) for relief pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (the “IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq. Plaintiff seeks to overturn a State Review Officer’s decision affirming an Impartial Hearing Officer’s finding that the educational program and services that the DOE’s Committee on Special Education (“CSE”) recommended for Plaintiffs son were appropriate.
